EE access from R illogical.
Keep exterior recesses within 2:1.

Thanks Coach. Does that mean that EE access can only be off a corridor or mechanical room?
I didn't like what happened on the second floor either...is that a panic-worthy offense?

No, but show some sensitivity to noise. Really easy fix is to move to east of EM.

Won't help you pass. At the very least, move TRs to south of OB.
I would also move TS to west of EM to improve proportions and move TRs to south of MP.
