I believe so, because NCARB describes a 2 as adequate, but the real thing to remember is that you need to hit their cut score. You can pass with level 3 in minor areas as long as you do very well in major areas. However, if you pass, you won't know how you did. I'm pretty sure that this is why they don't give levels on passing exams. People might have the same numbers, but some might have passed by the skin of their teeth.
Thanks! Good to know I could have passed it. I swear I am just off few question on the two sections that I got 3. To be honest I didn't really study that much on PPD considered I failed PDD one month earlier. Also, took this before I went to vacation. I feel that PPD definitely easlier than PDD. Well, or the subject I am more familiar with I guess.
