NCARB Vignette 2nd Try - Crunch Time !!!!!

Please comment. I missed a walk for the accessible parking

I'm sure this has been asked before but is it possible to place new coniferous trees on existing deciduous trees?

What are you thoughts on placing deciduous trees on the plaza to block sun?

only thing I noticed is that you may have an extra tree added at northeast of pp that might block view to pond from restaurant.

I think Sparky said deciduous trees are OK on the plaza...like say the vignette says the PP needs to be shaded from summer sun...we may need to place trees on plaza to accomplish that.

I agree, that tree can be removed. Really appreciate your comments. Thanks

I believed the 4.0 practice vignette says the pedestrian plaza need to "receive" noonday summer sun. Your Pedestrian Plaza seems good on that.
Your ADA parking need a path to walk to the Pedestrian plaza.
