Passed Site Grading last time...need to practice again for speed for SPD retake

Check min slope between 105 & 104 NW and SW of the display.
Why did you continue to create swales east of the display? Why create a berm east of the display?

I just tried that solution too.

No need for the widows peak on east side.

Make sure you can draw a 50' line between 108 and 109'

My question for the experts is you are getting really close to the tree roots at the 111' line. Is it Ok how it is or should we leave some room?

I draw a 50' diameter circle to check the distance :mrgreen:

There is one control point right next to the trees...I did not touch it

Post exam review:
I got a program with site features at 4 corners!
So there is only one location to place the pad...pretty easy :lol:
