Dampers should be placed in the center of the wall thickness.
No flex visible at the SE corner of the conference room.
Need to see sketch circles to evaluate accent lights. Most likely too close to each other and too far from the north and south walls.
No air movement in the center of the conference room.

The drafting room should be more evenly distributed with the diffusers and returns. Alternate so they aren't all crowded on one side of the room.
In the file room diffuser and returns should be a min of 4' apart.
Diffusers too close to the wall in the reception, drafting and conference rooms. I believe the rule is 1' min for diffusers and 6" min for returns, but don't take my word on that. The best practice is to try to centralize while, evenly distributing throughout the space.
