Anyone know what to take notes or focus on for buildings at risk? Is skimming enough? I never know with these tests.

Half of my test was BAR, or logic extracted from BAR, thanks God. No skimming here, rather hard digesting.

I second that. You ought to read it all. It's rather interesting reading.

I had read through both seismic and wind, flagging what I should take notes on later. I took the notes, and now I'll go back and read through them again. They weren't as intimidating as I thought before I actually got into it. Scarlett is right, they were pretty interesting.

Has anyone read/recommend reading B@R - Multi Hazard chapters? I've read all the FEMA recommended chapters and am making my way through B@R wind currently.
