Please see image. Also, I don't think NCARB states to put the building 18" above level ground. Unless it's pixelated - I see your level around at 108, and the FF at 109-6?

Inadequate runoff protection on the east side of the display. Bring the "points" of 108 much closer to each other on the east side of the display. Use sketch lines to verify the minimum slope.
Display is 12" too high.
