First shot at the vignette--- Please review

Postby sidehiller » Mon Aug 07, 2017 10:39 pm

Take a look at my first go around with the BS vignette. the 4" snap was something of a pain so I am interested in accuracy as far as distances per the charts. 2'-0" radius circles for accent light placement and they never snapped to where I wanted them. I'm testing in a few days, please let me know any feedback, its much appreciated. Thanks Coach!

Incorrect 2x4 light spacing.
Inconsistent 2x2 light spacing in the architect's office and conference room.
Wasted rigid duct in reception.
Inadequate separation between supply & return in the file room, architect's office, and conference room. Min 4' is recommended.

A second try keeping in mind the comments from Sparky. Thanks Sparky!

Return grilles in the studio will fall out.
Rotate the 2x4 lights in the architect's office for more uniform coverage.
Lights in the supply closet are not centered.

Sparky83 - is making a T with the duct as shown here okay? you didn't comment on that so seems like it is a passable option. Just curious since most solutions don't show it drawn this way.
Thanks!

Fire dampers appear to be pointing the wrong way.

Dampers are NOT directional.
