For this attempt, I changed up the rigid duct runs a little. Max flex duct length is 8'-8" sketch circles for accent lights are 2'-4"

Can you run a flex duct over a light fixture?
Should you run the rigid duct to the center of the supply/return risers as shown?
Can the accent lights be located that close to the fluorescent fixtures, grid, & rigid duct?
Can return grills be located <1' from walls?

What size should the sketch circles for the accent lights be? I seem to always have a little space in the wall corners that is not covered.
