Poor separation between supply & return in the studio and conference room. Min 4' separation is recommended.
Uneven HVAC layout in the studio.
Lights are not centered in the conference room.
Rotate the 2x4 lights in the architect's office for more uniform coverage.
Sketch circles should be centered on accent lights to determine their locations.
If the rigid supply duct exited the riser shaft as shown, but then turned east instead of west, a lot of rigid duct could be eliminated.
