In chapter 5, one of the quiz question asks:

All of the following are capable of reversing the otherwise invariant flow of heat from hotter to cooler objects, except:
A. Heat pump
B. VAV system
C. The refrigeration cycle
D. Evaporative chiller


The answer is B... I don't understand why. In the description it reads "... systems that use a compressive refrigeration cycle reverse the flow from hotter to cooler objects..." Doesn't the VAV use the compressive refrigeration cycle?
