1. Rigid duct has to be with 2' zone of bearing walls and can't pass through joists. I believe thats a biggie.
2. accent lighting needs to have a 2'radius sketch circle to layout fixtures and the circles need to overlap each other at the face of the wall to distribute lighting equally. way too much lighting at 5' w/ this layout.
3. make sure diffusers and returns are min. 4' away from each other.
4. flex duct can't be longer than 10'. couple in the drafting studio look to be close to that.
5. I think you may be overlighting the supply closet.
6. distribution of diffusers in conference room can be a little better.
I think the biggest thing here is the rigid ductwork placement. be sure you are running parallel with joists unless you are within 2' of bearing walls.
