Way too many accent lights.

SEVERE over use of accent lights, and WAAAAAAAY to close to the wall.
Poor separation between supply & return in the architect's office and conference room. Min 4' is recommended. You have diffusers, not ceiling fans.
Uneven HVAC layout in the studio.
Lights are not centered in the studio.

I adjusted accent lights in the exam, and it was a pass! Thank you!
