Missing flex in the architect's office. Rigid cannot connect to diffusers.
Uneven HVAC layout in the studio. Think symmetry.
Poor separation between supply & return in the conference room. Min 4' is recommended.
Lights are not centered in the file room.
Not much air movement in the center of reception.
Too many accent lights and too far from the wall. The sketch circles should intersect each other at the face of the wall.
Dampers should be in the center of the wall thickness.

You brought up a question that's been puzzling me about the accent lights. If they are moved closer to the wall the Fc directly in front of the light would be way over 80. Is this not problematic for the exam?
