I realized later that I left out the dampers
Other than that - how does this solution look? Using the 4.0 Program, Sajjad background.
One image is with all layers on, in the other I turned off structures, dim, and text so it is more legible.
The longest flex duct is exactly 10'.

In the mech room it seems that there is a stray flex duct connecting a return duct to rigid

That was actually part of the Sajjad program - should have deleted that tho since I decided to use the NCARB program. Thanks!
