VAV - simultaneously heat and cool?

Multiple Duct VAV - Yes

My Question:
Terminal Reheat w VAV - is this considered a Multiple Duct VAV or something different entirely? And the answer is Yes, it can simultaneously heat and cool, correct?
Can anyone clarify?
