I think your diffusers and supply grills are too close in some areas - I've read you should keep them 4'+ apart.

Uneven HVAC layout in the studio. Think symmetry.
Poor separation between supply & return in the architect's office, conference room and studio. Min 4' is recommended.
Inefficient rigid duct layout.
Accent lights are too close to the wall. The sketch circles should intersect each other at the face of the wall.
