1. Can there be dead end situations for rigid ducts?

2. Can rigid ducts and flexible ducts be above lighting fixtures?

3.Can rigid ducts and flexible ducts be above return air grilles?

By "Dead end" I mean when rigid duct turns corner, there is one (short) segment of rigid duct that doesn't connect to any flexible duct.
(saw it in the shorter version of your BS videos)
