So this alternate is really confusing because like the original dwg file, there is no difference between the plans when I flip from first and second layer. So I assumed a second story window wall on the north elevation and that the "single story above" note pertained to a single story above the first floor. I'm going to check other posts.

Please tell me if there is any redundancy of beams or any other comments.
