Vignette question - top of structure heights

Lots of good info on this forum, thank you all. I think all of my questions have been answered except one.

What is the significance of the notes about top of structure at 18'-0" for upper level and 12'-0" for lower level. The vignette rules call out that the one (usually central) space needs to have a roof that is higher than the other spaces, and I understand that is important to know to provide the correct solution. But do we need to do any math to confirm we are okay with 18'-0" and 12'-0" top of structure heights? They don't give us clear interior ceiling heights or heights of structural elements. Just checking.

thank you!! I am testing next Thursday, the 30th.
