Questions on Reading Materials

Looking for input on recommended readings:

Read whole Buildings at Risk Seismic, or only select portions?

Ready whole Buildings at Risk Wind, or only select portions?

Necessary to also read FEMA 454 if read Buildings at Risk? Chapters 4, 5, 8 and 9 are still a lot of pages and am curious what is really necessary to study if B@R are also read beforehand…

Read all the information and be familiar with the material.

Treat it like a book - don't start memorizing things. You'll know what's important once you read through the material. Certain things will stand out...you'll see that some information is repeated constantly...so on and so forth. Do not start memorizing specific dates or any minutia like that...
