Lower framing plan - missing a beam at west side of covered entry. Also, try centering columns on north and south walls, so that beam lengths are equalized. Otherwise looks good.

That beam would be for supporting the wall above? Otherwise don't see why it is needed to support the roof(s).

Check out the NCARB study guide passing solution for justification. A good rule of thumb is that a beam is required where yellow meets grey.

Read my guide.
If the joists are parallel to the wall, you must place a joist at the centerline of the wall, where the column is located.
Joists can support only roof loads, not the wall above. Therefore, you must also place a beam at the centerline of the wall to support the wall above.
Yes, you will have a beam and a joist in the same location, that is not an error, just NCARB.
