Pretty sure this would be a failing solution.

Doesn't look like you carried down columns from the upper framing plan. You are missing a number of columns on the lower framing plan; what is supporting the beams? You also have a beam running the east side of the yoga hall. Is there a clerestory there? If not, you don't need it.

The aerobics hall is a double height space - you should not be having joists and decking there in the lower framing plan.

Also do you respect the rule of thumb regarding the maximum span of the beam being 40' and joists being 30'?

I don't. One foot [or even two feet] over is probably fine. You'll get different answers depending on who you ask. Do your homework, and figure out your best way for solving the vignette.
