NCARB Exam Guide - Question 31?

Hey everyone,
I'm set with all of the NCARB questions except this one. I can't figure out how to get the answer, which apparently, is D. Perhaps I don't even understand what they're asking? The DL of 240 kips doesn't seem to equal the weight of the wall based on the given volume and unit weight of 150 lb/ft^3... so I get the feeling that one of these pieces of information is irrelevant, yet I don't know which.

Can anyone shepherd me through this?
