I have just started studying for this exam and I am wondering what formulas I should have memorized.

Check out Jenny's PDF's. She has a good list of them in bold.

Also on the Thaddeus website there is a cheat sheet he has posted that I've found extremely helpful. I believe it's under the tips panel.

Here is a link to David Thaddeus' Cheat Sheet

I highly recommend his lectures. I started studying and felt completely lost until I purchased his @ Your Pace seminar. Good stuff.

I agree with kyeric. At your pace is very helpful for concepts. I went to one of his seminars and now I'm going through at your pace for a final review before I test.

For formulas, also try the quizlet site. Once you are on the site, type Structural Systems Formulas, someone has posted a simple list of those.
