First, Coach thank you for making this community available.

I am attaching my first Ncarb vignette solution. My joists are 48" O.C. Beam spans are under 40'-0".

I believe the beam at the south wall of the common area does not need to extend beyond shop 2, as it is an exterior wall, and can support itself over 2 stories.

Other than that, it looks good to me.
