Hi there,

This is my first pass at BL. Does the 2cnd corridor count as double loaded if the door opens at the end? Is a clearance of 3' acceptable for this corridor?

Also, do the stairs count as part of the corridor space when figuring the 25%?

Realized I forgot to put in the direct access doors in the LR and the DO and AO's office, but pretend they are there.

What difference does it make?

Is a clearance of 3' acceptable for this corridor?

Huh?

Also, do the stairs count as part of the corridor space when figuring the 25%?

Are stairs corridor?

Main entry must swing out.
Why is TS connected to GR and MP?
MP doors to circulation must swing out.
Opening to MP corridor is too narrow.
Move TS south to reduce dead end. Better yet, move east stair and move rooms south of MR east so E aligns with MR on west side.
Why does GR have an interior window?
CR proportions easily improved.
Move offices west.
SM shape very weak.
Don't put windows in OB unless programmed.
Eyeball 4' to 10' windows in quantities proportional to room size.

Thanks for the suggestions, despite my best intentions I got too caught up in making the south align.

" Better yet, move east stair and move rooms south of MR east so E aligns with MR on west side."

I'm not getting the MR reference though- did you mean MP?
