Only the corridors, stairs, elevator and about 50% of the upper floor outline stacks but this is ok right?

Is it correct there are no deductions for rooms not stacking other than the vertical circulation? (and no second level overhangs)

In one of the stairs the exterior door is at the opposite end of the stair, is this a minor ding on scoring or is it acceptable?

No problem.

Main entry must be in lobby.
Missing wall opening.
No visual control.
Move CR door west.
East corridor exit is redundant.
Move SO door east and LM door west.
