All windows missing.
No visual control.
LR access missing.
MP shape poor.
MP exist separation appears inadequate. No reason for exterior door to be so close to interior door.
Stair doors should be at ends of walls.
EM should be on first floor.
OB doesn't align with MP.
SM shape weak.
SM door missing.
Verify corridors are 6' min clear.

Coach,
Thank you so so so so very much for your detailed review. Below is my attempt 2 at improving the layout and including all the missing items.
The corridor total area is approx 2,560sf.
One question please: on level 2 could I have left the area between the corridor and south of OB blank or placing a corridor there is a must.

Regeard,
Halima

You need to fill that space. Don't leave roof islands. You could have put TRs there to reduce corridor area.
Also, there's no reason for 10' corridors.

Why do CR and GR have interior windows? Reread the program.
No control of GR.
CR/MP distance very poor.
Move TS door west. Better yet, swap TS with TR.
LM door missing.

Hi Coach,
I just tweaked the same layout a bit, didn't reshuffle too much.

Hi Coach,
Try 3 addressing missing aspects of layout:
1- Near relationship between MP and CR.
2- View from R to L, GR, CR
3- Windows and doors in all the rooms
4- No overhangs on level 2
5- Reduced corridor area

Questions please:
1-Is it ok for SW to be on level 2, since the program doesn't call out what level it needs to be on.
2-Is the AO room ratio fine, it meets 2:1 ratio.
Greatly appreciate your help.
Regards,
Halima

Why not?

Yes.

Move main entry north to improve control.
Move TS door west.
Move SO door west, and/or LM door east.
Stop corridor south of SM at stair.
Little things. Nice solution.
