1. Does TS have to be closer to be considered "near MP"? It's about 30' right now, door to door.
I saw somewhere it should be about 20', door to door. Is this correct or is there some leniency?
(So the rooms can be adjacent and still not considered near, right?)

2. Double door leaf is not necessary (unless stated)?

3. Drawing windows only when it asks for window or view is ok, right? A windowless lobby, for example.

4. When needing visual control over entry to adjacent room, placing indoor viewing window is crucial?

It's fine but you can move LRs to west end and move CR door to east end.

(So the rooms can be adjacent and still not considered near, right?)

Correct. Door-to-door distance is what matters.

Correct. Only provide windows where required.

Yes.

No control of main entry.
Align LR doors.
EE door missing.
Corridor exit is redundant.

West upper stair has no door. Fatal.
TR's do not have to stack. Upper TR's could be along the south side of OB.
