20 Lateral file cabinets!
After reviewing some solutions, I should've used the vertical instead of the Lateral file cabinet.

Will try with all verticals next.

Wow, what a difference it makes when using (20) vertical cabinets instead of the laterals.

In the LCR of your lat files solution, your doors have CFA conflict issues.
Don't feel bad... I've only seen two successful versions of this since 2009.

In both solutions... secr desk blocks the worktable.
The worktable needs 36" clear on one long side.
