wow this was a tough one. All comments appreciated!

1. Reception/Business Office (RBO)

• Clear view of Suite's main entrance from a secretarial desk
• Furniture
• 1 secretary desk
• 1 lounge chair
• 1 square coffee table
• 8 lateral file cabinets

2. Manager’s office (JO)

• Inaccessible by RBO
• Must have an exterior window
• Direct access to Conference Room (LCR)
• Furniture
• 1 Executive Desk
• 1 Storage Cabinet
• 1 Credenza
• 1 Loveseat
• 2 Large Bookcases
• 1 Arm Chair

3. Staff Office (SO)

• Must have an exterior window
• Direct Access to JO
• Direct Access to LCR
• Furniture
• 2 Secretary Desks
• 1 Lateral File
• 1 Sofa
• 1 Storage Cabinet
• 2 Drafting Tables (use work table)
• 2 Posture Chairs

4. Lunch Room (LCR)

• Furniture
• Conference Table (8 chairs)
• 1 Round Coffee Table

5. Copy Room (CR)

• Furniture
• 1 copier
• 1 storage cabinet
• 1 small bookcase

sbyrktct,

I'm wondering where this comes from. The Code from the NCARB example says "No door, when open to 90 degrees, shall interfere with the maneuvering clearance of another door." It would appear to me then that the swing can overlap, just not the leaf (which is drawn open to 90 degrees).

I'm asking because I have completed a couple of solutions with the swing overlap, and it helped the solution. Just wondering what I am missing.
