NCARB Building Layout Attempt 1

First attempt at NCARB building layout. I want to get the corridor more efficient, but it currently does not exceed 25% of program area, so it works.

Missing wall opening.
No visual control.
MP doors to circulation must swing out.
Corridor exit is redundant.
Move TS door west.
MP shape weak.
West 2nd floor corridor looks narrow.
SW window extremely poor. Probably considered non-existent.

is the 25% max allowable circulation area figured by each floor level and 25% of that program area? Or is it 25% of the total 12,000 sq-ft program, ie 3,000sqft. 1st floor and 2nd floor?

Logically EE belongs on the lower level.
TR's do not have to stack.
