IL Kaplan vs. NCARB discrepancy

I noticed in the Interior Layout, on the Kaplan preparation material vs. the NCARB material, the required space on the pull side of the door shows 24 inches on the Kaplan but 18 inches on the NCARB. Which is correct? Also, are there any other discrepancies that I should be aware of?

Lastly, are the file cabinet handles important to be cleared in 36 inch circle on the interior layout?

Whatever the code in the program says is correct. NCARB might change it, so read carefully.

Kaplan is known as CRAPlan in regard to vignettes.

Honestly, I can't believe this question. Let's see, do I use what the exam author and administrator provides in the actual exam material or do I go with what some test prep publisher says?

Yeah, tough choice.

Regardless, that is not an item to commit to memory. Always use what's given at the exam.

...and never use kaplan for vignettes.

As for handles, yes, they matter.
