Is there anything on the second floor that would count against me? It's a little awkward with the corridor to the east exit.

Avoid L-shaped rooms.
MP must have 2 exits. You show only 1. Exit doors MUST swing in the direction of egress.
The south R/CR window serves no purpose.
TS is not near MP. Door to door distance matters.
Upper level recess between OB and CO is poorly proportioned. As with rooms 2:1 is the max recommended.
