Why does RBO have 3 armchairs instead of 2 lounge chairs?
CR bookcase faces the wall.
SO/RBO missing/impossible. Major error at the least.

SO - missing direct access to RBO. (All spaces must have direct access to this space - RBO program requirement), Not enough clearance between the front of executive desk and side of arm chair
