Inadequate pull/strike side clearance at the JO door. That makes the entire room inaccessible. Fatal error.
No clear path to reach the SW chair of the table for four in JO.
Turning radius cannot overlap the door itself. See JO. Fatal.
Moving the JO door so that it swings against a wall would fix a lot of problems.
One turning radius per room is enough.

T44 is also too close to the west wall for those NW & SW chairs to be useable.
