My lobby is connected to the west entry by a 19' corridor. Is this allowed?

Lobby does not connect to the exterior. Likely fatal.
Cannot see any windows due to poor resolution.
The exterior exit near the east stair is redundant. The stair IS an exit.
TR's do not have to stack.

The windows are there but I'm assuming there are no minimum or maximum sizes for windows.
