I hastily drew in the windows. Does consistency with their size and placement matter?

No.

No control of main entry or GR.
West stair interior door swing incorrect.
Move CR door east.
LM shape unacceptable. Why not run rooms north-south?
Office connections missing.
Elevator should be accessed from the same wall on both floors.
