Question regarding windows not explicitly req'd in program

Postby r1st808 » Wed Jun 07, 2017 12:13 am

I know there's been comments stating that there's no requirement to put windows in rooms that are not explicitly stated as requiring them (or views) in the program. However, is there any penalty for omitting windows in a space with a use/occupancy that would normally need windows, such as an office, if that space isn't listed as having windows in the program or code?

Thanks in advance for any meaningful input!

They are not trying to trick you. If windows are required, put them in. If not, don't waste your time. It's just a test, not a design. ;)

Just follow the program.

If it makes you feel better to add windows - it's not going to hurt your score. Just like Sparky83 stated, it's just a test and not a design.

I personally finished this vignette with 2 hours to spare....so you have plenty of time to polish it up as you please.
