Logically EE belongs on the lower level.
Is there a window in the north wall of R?
Avoid L-shaped rooms.
Logically you enter the stair at the same end on each floor. Keep it simple.

No. There is a window between R and CR as well as an exterior window to the south. Do I need one into the Lobby?
Avoid L-shaped rooms.
Understood.

Interesting. The stair is bigger than 200SF and even though it doesn't show treads, i think it would work...

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback!
