This layout was really roomy. The program called out for a sofa in the REC but I did not have that in my furniture options so I put lounge chairs instead. I also did the same in SO with posture chairs & side chairs.
I placed the secretary desk there because the program required a clear view to the entrance. So why not put it right in the front?

At the last minute I realized my wall was intersecting a window.
Close one.
As usual, when you start to manipulate one room layout it messes up the whole thing.
