In JO the corner chair at your 4 top is not accessible.
The conf table chairs on the east are not accessible.
(please let me know if thats incorrect, I'm still a rookie at this)

Also, the arm chairs in RBO in the bottom left do not have full 3' clearance (the arms need a 3' box in front of them, clear area required for each chair actually hits the other chair). Scoot them away from the table a bit and you'll fix that area. Good luck!

My two cents, though others have pretty much said the same thing,

Desk in SO could be closer to wall if you needed it, since there is not another piece of furn. behind it.
Clearance between LCR conf. table and both back walls looks too tight.
RBO arm chairs, clearances too tight.
JO TFF, chair in corner has no access.

I dont think your 5' radius can overlap with the door opening on CR

Furniture behind door - not good

t44 not accessible

Longe chairs in RBO don't have enough clearance

CR door doesn't have 4' clearance on RBO side.

I don't see how that is an issue as long as the front clearances are ok.

Yes it can, per dorf. study guide, just not the door itself.

You might want to double check your door clearances on both push and pull sides to make sure they are not overlapping any furniture.

thanks for all the input.

with regard to the chairs in the RBO, i put them exactly as shown in the sample passing solution on the ncarb pdf. so where does the 3 foot box requirement come from.
