Alt #5 - Q on secretary desk

Postby Patry » Fri Sep 20, 2013 4:45 am

Few questions about the secretary desk:
-Can it be placed like shown in the vignette, where it's only accessible from behind?
-Looking at the other image with the three options of layout out desks (big rectangle would be the wall):
*layout 1: do I need 36" between two desks? how about between the desk and the wall?
*layout 2: can the desk be accessed from the side with a piece of furniture sitting directly against the back of the desk?
*layout 3: can they be placed side to side like shown? it's similar to vignette situation.

As always, thank you for your help :)

Why not?

Why would you?

how about between the desk and the wall?

Of course. How else would you get to the chairs?

*layout 2: can the desk be accessed from the side with a piece of furniture sitting directly against the back of the desk?

Sure, but how do you get there?

*layout 3: can they be placed side to side like shown? it's similar to vignette situation.

Yes, but again, how do you get to them?

Space between desk and loveseat in JO is inadequate.
