IL Software with different layout

Hi, I heard there are some manipulated IL software showing layout which is different with default. Anyone know where I can get it? If there is no that kind of software, could you let me know how you practice multiple layout with comuputer? I have got cad file which only has room layout(no furniture, inner wall, and door). I do not know how I can practice with this file. Please, help me shortly.
