Interior Alt try

@LCR: bookcases are facing the wall and you need 36" clearance between chair and bookcases.
@JO: check to make sure you have 36" between edge of south chair at T44 and left bookcase.
@RBO: avoid having the coffee table in the middle of the room, maybe you can sit the table against the wall and move one of the armchairs in an "L" shape arrangement. That works as long as you keep the 36" clearance to the wall and other furniture pieces.
