BL NCARB Testing Tues

Two things: can egress door swing go over the property line? I think I will avoid this on the test, since I had room to shift the entire building North to avoid this issue.

Also, visual control for the receptionist, is a door off the Lobby to see GR and an interior window to see CR acceptable in this layout?

No, but you're nowhere near a PL on that site.

No. Windows are required for visual control.

EE should be adjacent to E.
CR/MP distance weak.
Move E east to stair, then EE, then LRs. Move CR door east and TS door west.
2nd floor corridor can be cut back.

So put the door to receptionist on the other wall, on the corridor, and replace that door with an interior window? Along with other suggested changes?

No. I would leave R door alone, add a window on west wall and move GR door west.
