Hmm...at a first glance, i noticed the EE room is not connected to the main corridor. I do remember there was some special condition for that room and this may be that exception. But that certainly stands out and that was a red flag for me.

I see you're really trying to have a perfect rectangular building profile - don't stress yourself out over that. NCARB doesn't care.

The 2nd means of egress for the MP should swing out to the exterior. The two doors you're showing right now are too close to each other.
