2nd Attempt at BDCS. Roof Vignette

Hey Coach, Failed roof vignette last April.
One last shot at the end of June for a "photo finish".
Although exam problem was a bit more tricky, Please comment on any errors.

Why does low roof start at 10'-0"?
Upper roof is too low.

One plumbing vent is sufficient for all six restroom fixtures.

Don't round.

Upper roof is too low. I see. Is it too low by 6"?
