There's no reason to break gutter at chimney.

Ramp
Egress narrows at base of stair.
Stop landing rails at extensions when at wall or adjacent to higher surface.
12" landing requires clear turning circle. Delete west rail.
New wall/door missing.

Roof
Upper roof must be above lower wherever they meet. See east end,
Upper and lower gutters should be drawn independently at east side.
Skylight on ridge.
Place clerestory in wall.
Move toilet room pvent closer to middle of fixture cluster.
Missing downspouts.

thank you coach!
what does "Egress narrows at base of stair." mean?
and "Upper and lower gutters should be drawn independently at east side." does it mean a long section connected to the higher roof, a short one lower roof and 4 down spouts on the east side?

Distance from end of west rail to north wall is less than overall stair width.

Upper should be above lower. They cannot share a gutter.
